Sydnie Levasseur

I’ve spent years turning my passion for fitness into a lifestyle. Fitness began as a personal journey of growth and survival for me, and now it’s my mission to help others embrace it as a source of emotional and physical well-being. My goal is to make fitness enjoyable enough for people that it becomes second nature—transforming lives through community, strength, and longevity.

When I’m not training, you’ll find me biking, hiking, running, or taking on challenges like Tough Mudder, Spartan, Hyrox, and marathons. I also enjoy dancing, especially Zumba and pole, and participating in fitness events that push my limits. Beyond fitness, I’m a foodie, travel enthusiast, nature lover, and admirer of fine arts.
