Our six signature classes are intentionally created to target every muscle, every plane of motion, and every fitness element—strength, endurance, mobility, and more—so you get the most effective, well-rounded results.   • PULSE

    Move to the beat while performing the most fun choreographed agility combo. This class focuses on balance and full-body conditioning using our unique overhead resistance bands and plyo box. You’ll be sure to sweat, burn calories, and engage every muscle in your body—all while having a blast. Routines stay the same for three weeks, ensuring you master each move.

  • SWEAT

    Sweat to a choreographed cardio combo set to the HOTTEST playlist. This class focuses on endurance, stamina, and full-body conditioning using 3lb weights. You’ll be sure to sweat, burn calories, and engage every muscle in your body—all while having a blast. Routines stay the same for three weeks, ensuring you master each move.

  • RHYTHM

    Dance cardio fitness - a great way to stay active, have fun, and enjoy the benefits of both dance and exercise. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to try something new, dance cardio can be an enjoyable and effective way to work out. In this class you will alternate between cardio dance intervals and full body toning exercise. Routines stay the same for three weeks, ensuring you master each move.

  • TONE

    This is a low-impact class. Our sculpt class combines strength training and muscle-toning exercises with rhythmic, music-driven movements. The primary goal is to target and burn out small muscle groups through high repetitions and controlled, precise movements, all while moving to the beat of the music. In this class we combine elements of mat Pilates, and barre with our own Empowered spin.

  • LENGTHEN/REFORM

    A comprehensive workout that combines the benefits of Pilates with the added challenge of Reformer-like resistance and movements. It’s an excellent choice for those looking to tone their muscles, improve flexibility, and strengthen their core in a low-impact, mindful way.

  • CONDITION

    This circuit conditioning class involves moving through a series of exercise stations, each targeting different muscle groups or fitness components. Participants spend a set amount of time in each round before moving on to the next, often with minimal rest in between.

    Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dynamic dance moves. Zumba is designed to make exercise fun and accessible, blending cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility into an engaging workout.

  • POWER MOVES: TEENS/KIDS

    Get ready for fun and fitness in this high-energy, 45-minute class designed just for girls! Power Moves focuses on age-appropriate strength training and cardio exercises to help build flexibility and muscle development. Whether your child is into sports, gymnastics, figure skating, dancing or just loves to move, this class will support their growth with exercises tailored to enhance coordination, balance, and athletic ability.
